Flood & Fire Recovery

From the information gleaned we can then formulate a plan of action which works best for the client and gives them the support and confidence which they need. That support may be, but is not limited to:

  • Contacting other organisations on their behalf (council, charities, government agencies)
  • Advising of grants available to help with their situation
  • Supporting them through the minefield of forms and application forms
  • Offering food or cleaning parcels
  • Supplying new or used furniture (depending on insurance level)
  • Checking in on a regular basis to make sure that things are happening as required
  • And much more besides

Our aim is to provide practical, hands-on assistance tailored to each individual’s circumstances, ensuring that no one feels overwhelmed or isolated during the recovery process. By working collaboratively and maintaining regular communication, we help clients navigate bureaucratic hurdles, access vital resources, and rebuild their sense of stability within the community. This holistic approach ensures that all aspects of well-being are considered, from immediate practical needs to ongoing emotional support.
