Life at times can be unkind, no one knows why or how, it just hits and we are left to deal with the fallout and pieces leftover. No matter what challenges a client has to deal with, the CERT team will go that extra mile to help and support them. If it's making telephone calls on their behalf, speaking with doctors or councillors, sourcing funding to help them with their situation and much more.

We recognise that every journey is different and that a one-size-fits-all approach simply won’t do. Our team is on hand to offer practical help, from the smallest gestures to more complex forms of advocacy, always striving to ease the burden wherever possible. Whether it’s helping someone navigate official paperwork, arranging transport, or simply offering a listening ear, we are committed to being a reliable source of comfort.

Every client and case is unique and as such it is dealt with the compassion, empathy, care and respect that they so greatly deserve and need in a crisis. No judgement and no previous history taken into consideration as we deal with the individual who arrives on our doorstep and take it from there.
